With labor shortages intensifying across Europe, eVendow Global Mobility is proud to announce the launch of Phase 1 of its Global Mobility Program: Poland Work Visa Consulting and Case Management Services. This initiative focuses on connecting Mongolians and all other eligible citizens and applicants from other countries with genuine employment opportunities in Poland, supported by the country’s national Type D visa.
Unlike most migration schemes, this initiative places strong emphasis on unskilled and semi-skilled job opportunities—including those in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, construction, and hospitality—while still providing access to skilled tracks in healthcare, logistics, and engineering.

Why Do They Focus on Unskilled & Semi-Skilled Roles?
While Poland’s skilled labor shortage is widely reported, the largest demand in real numbers comes from unskilled sectors: farms, warehouses, construction crews, factories, and seasonal tourism.
In 2024 alone, over 62% of Poland’s work permits were issued for jobs that did not require higher education, according to data from the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. Employers are actively recruiting general laborers, fruit pickers, cleaners, packaging assistants, and warehouse staff—especially from non-EU countries where demand aligns with job availability.
This opens a rare legal pathway for motivated but non-degreed workers from Mongolia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Africa to work, earn, and build a legal presence in the Schengen zone.
"We are creating lawful and transparent opportunities for individuals who have historically been excluded from international job markets due to the lack of a university degree."

Latest 2025 Insights
Over 1.1 million foreign workers were legally employed in Poland by mid-2024, a record number expected to rise by 12–15% this year (atozserwisplus.pl).
Poland’s new labor demand forecast for 2025–2026 indicates that construction, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and elderly care will remain dominant unskilled hiring zones (euhelpers.pl).
Wages for unskilled roles range from €600 to €950/month (gross), with subsidized accommodation, food, or overtime options in some cases.

The Polish Type D visa is a long-stay work visa, allowing applicants to:
Legally reside and work in Poland for up to 1 year, with renewal options
Travel within the Schengen Zone (26 countries) for up to 90 days per 180-day period
Apply for longer-term residence (Karta Pobytu) after one year
Use the experience to build a future within the EU labor market
